Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your own cost.

We will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable.


Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your item/s.
All returns will be automatically processed for store credit.
If an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our website.
You must have / create an account with HugMe before we can issue your store credit.
You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.

All items can be returned within 20 days of purchase for an Exchange or Store Credit.

We don’t offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

The items must:

  • be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.

For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear, undergarments, bodysuits, or earrings cannot be returned.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. HugMe staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Store Credit

Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.

Please note – free return delivery is not available for our international customers.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
